InovaPrime organized the Customer Forum | Governance.Business 2020, in 5th March 2020, the 1st edition was at Lisbon, Portugal. The event was dedicated to Governance.Business clients and defined a future vision for the product and company.
Customer Forum | Governance.Business 2020 agenda was divided into three main points, presentation the of new Governance.Business version, preview of the new features planned on the roadmap for the next year and brainstorming with clients to discuss needs and expectations around the product. The event was attended by several clients of Governance.Business.
This initiative was undoubtedly decisive for the growth of the product. A moment of strategic consolidation and a strengthening of the relationship and proximity to customers, with a view of a promising future, underlines Marco Batista, CEO of InovaPrime.
At InovaPrime, clients are like partners. According to the company strategy and values, these initiatives are decisive to involve the clients on product development and match the new developments with their needs to enhance market value.
Daniel Calçada, Iberia Regional Manager, referred that this event was focused on promoting the engagement and exchange of experiences between clients. It increased the potential of relationships, improved idea generation, and approached different methodologies for the future.
The event started with the presentation of the new version of the Governance.Business. During an open conversation, Marco Batista did a demonstration of the new functionalities available for different users. The most attractive and mentioned functionalities were resource management for people and non-people resources, collaboration tools, calendar management, and new functionalities for task and project management.
The event provided customers with a strategic vision for the product by sharing and discussing our strategic product roadmap for the next two years. It was an interactive discussion, where customers have contributed with several good ideas to incorporate in the roadmap in the short term. With this presentation, InovaPrime ensured a confident and transparent vision about its product and strategy, and how we are focusing on solving the different market challenges as well as introducing compliance with legal topics, like GDPR.
João Costa, Delivery Manager, reinforced the importance this event, since it allows the technical teams share experiences, visions, methodologies and process with their peers, from different activity sectors and organizational cultures. These factors empower the knowledge and the market vision to explore other opportunities and work processes for their teams.
The opportunity to get feedback from clients about their needs and challenges in brainstorming format allows us to create a more stable product and align with the client’s strategies, concludes Marco Batista.
Next year, we will have the second edition, hopefully in different countries.
