Challenge
The InovaPrime had the need to replace their current management applications because, on the one hand, they did not cover all management needs, and on the other, some were at the end-of-life and were unsupported.
They wanted to implement a single tool that not only answers the needs of operational management of teams and customers but also supports the areas of Strategic planning; Financial control; Projects pipeline; Knowledge management; and CRM.
Solution
The InovaPrime CEO, after evaluating several market solutions, decided to acquire and deploy the Governance.Business solution because it provided an integrated solution with functionality covering all these management areas.
To achieve a better control of risk and allow controlled change managing within the organization, the tool was deployed and configurated in a phased manner across each of the company areas.
